Competence-building training in the framework of the project Senčila Bled d.o.o.
Training
As part of the operation Senčila Bled d.o.o. the contractor is DEMAR d.o.o. on June 24, 2022, conducted a training for us to improve competencies in the field of electronic business.
We looked in more detail at the areas of Internet marketing adapted to new regulations and the (in)security of digitization.
The customer aspect and contact points were presented in more detail on various actual use cases from practice and how this affects the very activities of the company that wants to acquire and/or retain the customer. Various methods of Google optimization were presented with concrete examples for our company, as well as Internet marketing from the perspective of social networks and ways of successful promotion of the company on YouTube.
The work process itself and the necessary mutual coordination of processes were presented with examples of good practices, which also showed their impact on various phases and aspects of the purchase/sale process itself.
In the following, the directive on the protection of the collection of personal data (GDPR) was explained, where we learned about the newer rules on the protection of personal data, especially from the point of view of consent and the purpose of data collection.
With the acquired knowledge and competences, employees will be able to use the new tools as effectively as possible to achieve new company successes.
